Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Sparky Consulting GmbH ("Sparky", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the Sparky website (sparky.capital). We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for your personal data is:
Sparky Consulting GmbH
[Registered street address], Zürich, Switzerland
Commercial register no. [CHE-XXX.XXX.XXX]
Email: info@sparky.capital
2. What data we collect
We collect very little. Specifically:
- Contact data you provide. If you email us (info@sparky.capital) or message us via Telegram, we receive the contact details and content you choose to send — typically your email address or Telegram handle and the message itself.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics or security services may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access times, for the purpose of delivering and securing the site.
We do not collect wallet private keys, and we never have access to your delegated funds. Delegation happens directly between your wallet and the Flare Network — not through us.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We process the above data to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you (basis: your request / our legitimate interest in answering you);
- operate, secure, and maintain the website (basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site);
- comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. On-chain data
Blockchain transactions, including FLR delegations, are recorded on the public Flare Network and are inherently public and permanent. We do not control this. Any wallet address that delegates to Sparky is publicly visible on-chain by the nature of the network. This is outside our control and is not something we can amend or delete.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as hosting and email providers), and only as needed for those purposes, and where legally required. We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) as required by the FADP and GDPR.
7. Retention
We keep contact correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete it unless we are legally required to retain it.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. If GDPR applies to you, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Switzerland, the relevant authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
To exercise any right, contact us at info@sparky.capital.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this site, with the date shown above.
